Taking advantage of this feature, liquid carbon dioxide is filled in the main pipe of the crack generator. The rapid excitation heating device of the crack generator is used. The liquid carbon dioxide instantly vaporizes and expands, generating high pressure. The volume expands by more than 600 to 800 times. When the pressure reaches the ultimate strength, the high-pressure gas breaks through and is released, acting on the rock mass and ore body, thereby achieving the purpose of expansion and cracking. It overcomes the shortcomings of previous explosive blasting mining, such as high destructive power and high danger in pre-cracking, providing a reliable guarantee for the safe mining and pre-cracking of mines and rocks. It can be widely applied in many industries such as mining, cement, and quarrying. Meanwhile, the rapidly released carbon dioxide gas during the cracking process of the carbon dioxide fracturing device has a cooling effect. Moreover, carbon dioxide is an inert gas, which can completely prevent related accidents caused by open flames from blasting.
